Declaration/Waiver

1. I fully understand and acknowledge the risks involved in my participation in AITIA CORPORATE GAMES 2019. I will accept full responsibility and assume all such risks.
2. I hereby represent warrants and undertake to the Organiser the following with full knowledge that they shall be relied upon by the Organiser in accepting my participation:
• a. My personal particulars disclosed herein are correct;
• b. I have no medical condition that would affect our safety and physical well-being arising from our participation in this Event and that I am medically and physically fit and competent to participate in the Event;
• c. I shall dutifully and fully abide by the Rules and Regulations of AITIA CORPORATE GAMES 2019 and any applicable laws.
3. I confirm that the representations, warranties and undertakings above are true and correct, and I (and my heirs, successors and assigns) shall waive, release, discharge and undertake that I (and my heirs, successors and assigns) shall not make any claim or lodge any complaint whatsoever against the Organiser, Sponsors or officials of AITIA CORPORATE GAMES 2019 for any injury, death or loss/damage to property sustained during the event.
4. I hereby agree to grant the Organiser the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of the Event for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
   Furthermore, I (my heirs, successors and assigns) shall indemnify and hold the Organiser, Sponsors, appointed officials/suppliers harmless from any claim, demand, proceedings, cost, expenses, liabilities, loss or damage (whether direct or consequential) made by third parties, arising from any injury or death or damage or loss to any property arising out of our breach of the representations, warranties and undertakings under clause 2 herein.
